The Honda Civic has a separate fuse for the front windows and the back windows. Each window does not have a separate fuse. There are two window fuses.
They are located below the power windows, in the door.
power windows use auto reset circuit breakers... not fuses
Check the power window fuses and the relay first. If all of the windows do not work then it is a power problem with the whole window system.

i don't know, but on a mustang gt, under the door, there is this step plate that clips on and off. i found some fuses in there for the windows so you may wanna look under where the door latches. at the bottom
check your fuses, if not, replace the window motor located in the door.

( # 20 ) is a 15 amp fuse for the convertible top switch ( located in the passenger compartment fuse panel , below and to the left of the steering wheel by the brake pedal . Remove the panel cover to access the fuses .
Relace the rear window.....the heating coils are imbedded into the glass....or check the connections and trace the wire,check the fuses before you go that route.
Cause the window motor is out
Check your fuses, check for power going into the window motor, exc.
Check the window fuses. They are located underneath the driver side kick panel. If the fuses are blown the windows will not work.
if all windows stopped working, i would first check the master window switch
under the hood check the window relay and\or fuses. Look in your manual for the number location.

the power window fuse is in the fuse box on the passenger side of the dash. Open the passenger door to locate the fuse box. the power windows is fuse holder #26.
