If I remember correctly it's on the drivers side of the engine , on the side of the
upper " plastic " intake manifold . The original is made of metal , rectangular shape
about 1 + 3/4 inch wide and 2 + 3/4 inches long with 2 small hoses connected to the
bottom and a plug in electrical connection on the front towards the right side
On my 1995 Ford Explorer with the 4.0 liter OHV engine the DPFE sensor ( differential / or delta pressure feedback Egr sensor ) is located on the upper intake manifold on the drivers side of the engine
try replacing the delta pressure feedback sensor. this fixed my explorer.Or you can try replacing the relay.

the oil pressure sending unit for a 1995 Cavalier 2.2 is on the side of the engine. The sensor is located just behind the oil filter.

On the firewall above and behind the fuel rail. Two 1/4 inch vacuum hoses come out the bottom and it is held to the firewall by two screws.
