There is no applications folder in Vista. However, you can find a folder called 'program files' in your windows partition. In program files, you can find your applications.
You can overwrite data in the files located in the League of Legends folder, normally located in Program Files/Program Files (x86)
You can find the 'My Templates' files within the Arcsoft Funhouse folder. The folder will either be on your desktop, or within the C or D drives. The folder can also be located within your Program files folder.
That would be the "Program Files" folder. It is usually on C: drive. With a 64 bit system you will have a "Program Files" folder, and a "(x86) Program files" folder. The program itself will usually be in a separate folder in the "Program file" folder. It will either have the name of the program or the name of the program Company. If the folder is named after the company then the program will be in a separate folder inside the company folder.
The Program Files folder is located in the Local Drive C. To access it, go to Start and My Computer or just Computer, depending upon which version of Windows you are using.
unzip the itunes10p5setup.exe and there will be an Appleapplicationsupport.msi installation file. install it and the folder will be located in c:\program files\common files\apple...

A folder is a container that holds files. A zipped folder is a folder or a group of files that have been compressed by a special program such as WinZip. WinZip is a paid compression program. 7zip is a free file compression program.
Your games are typically located in your Program Files folder under the name of the company who made it. For instance, if I want to get inside my Neverwinter Nights 2 folder, I would go to start, computer, click on the C: drive then Program Files and look for an Atari folder which should contain the NWN 2 game folder.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas
The set up files folder on the computer can be found on the desktop. Any folder in the All Files section can be synced into this folder.
C:\Program Files (x86)\ is the default folder for 32-bit applications on 64-bit Windows.
