It's the cap on top of the over flow reservoir, its up in the top left under the hood just read the cap and the label on the reservoir it will tell you what it is.

There is no cap for the radiator. To add anti-freeze to your radiator you have to fill it from the overflow. To find that trace a small rubber hose from the top of the radiator to what should be a plastic container
I believe there isn't one, just the surge tank cap. All the fluids are added from there.
