I just changed mine, so I can tell you exactly where it is without guessing. It is located on the driver's side, bottom rear corner of the left side radiator tank. It is a plastic plug with a keyed end enabling you to turn. If it has not been opened, might require pliars. It was easiest to reach mine by laying down on ground, left side, facing or looking forward in front of car. Reach arm into wheel well, around frame(my hand is not too large), feel around. Turn slowly when opening for the first time, it is sticky and you don't want to break. I just got rid of that Dex-Cool in time. I suggest everyone do the same.
