Remove the plastic grill on the drivers side right near the bottom of the front bumper. You will see a red drain plug. If it is not stripped out it will be Phillips threaded. Turning it counter clockwise opens the drain which is to the left of it. Put a hose over the opening and then open the drain to empty radiator.
TIP - the smaller hose coming off of the coolant overflow reservoir is the perfect size to use for this.

If it is not on the bottom of the radiator, then just remove the lower radiator hose to drain the system.
The Chevrolet Malibu radiator drain plug can be found on the right side of the radiator. The drain plug will be at the bottom of the radiator.
The radiator drain plug should be close to the bottom of the radiator facing the engine. It could be a wing nut, or could be the type that is turned by a ratchet and extension.

The 1991 Pontiac Grand Am radiator drain plug can be found on the bottom of the radiator. The radiator drain plug will be in the center of the radiator bottom.
The radiator drain plug is at the passenger side rear of the radiator at the very bottom corner. There are two drain plugs in the block, they are very difficult to get at, and usually not necessary.
