Good luck.
The flasher relay in a 1994 Mustang is mounted under the hood. It is in a relay box right behind the battery
On my 2000 it is located inside right front fender well
On my 64.5 it's located on the driver's side of the engine bay, beside the radiator, and under the regulator. Follow the wires that are coming from the horns and it should lead you there.
The 2001 ford Mustang uses a Constant Control Relay Module. This module is a sealed unit and contains the AC relay.
fan control relay
The 2000 Ford Mustang fuel pump relay is located in the CCRM (Constant Control Relay Module). It is located inside the inner front left (passenger-side) fender. Please note, the CCRM also houses other relays such as the PCM power relay, fan, relay, ect. and thus on relay cannot be replaced... the entire assembly must be replaced if one of any of the relays go bad.
On my 64.5 it's located on the driver's side of the engine bay, beside the radiator, and under the regulator. Follow the wires that are coming from the horns and it should lead you there.
In front of the lower part of the radiator You will see 3 relays
It is in the CCRM (Constant Control Relay Module), it holds relays for many of the main functions of the engine. Its location is on the same bracket as the radiator over flow tank, it has about 20-30 wires going to it, you cant miss it.
The 1994 Ford Mustang fuel pump relay switch is located below the fuel injector pump. The relay switch should be labeled as such.

If you mean the radiator fan make sure the airconditioning is off. If the fan keeps running it could be a bad fanswitch (located on radiator tank. Or a failed control relay (if fitted) If still no luck check for a failed AC fan control relay.
