It is under the dash on the drivers side of the car in a small fuse box. You access the fuses by opening the driver's door and removing the plastic grill covering. Fuses are located behind the cover.
The radio fuse is located in the passenger side fuse box, located on the side of the dash, right by the glove compartment. There is a finger hole that is there for you to remove it, it takes a bit of backwards pressure. On the fuse lid there is a list of fuses, and if I am not mistaken, on the '04 Pontiac Grand Am, it is labeled as Radio/BATT and is fuse H. It will also tell you where on the fuse panel it is located.
