theres a room in the palace with a bunch of portraits with buttons under them. theres a puzzle you solve with the buttons. the memo in that room will give you clues to the puzzle. when you solve it one of the portraits move and there is a vase take the vase, examine it and inside is the red ant jewel. (you need the gold key to get into the room im talking about.)
There is only one disk for Resident Evil Code Veronica X.
It depends on which jewel you need. The first jewel that you obtain is Alfred's Jewel. This is located by his dead body. The 2nd jewel that you obtain is Alexander's Jewel. You can get this when it falls off of Alexander's body. The final jewel you get after you defeat Alexia.
Indeed, it does exist. Resident Evil Code Veronica X is the PlayStation 2 version of the Sega Dreamcast Resident Evil Code Veronica. Code Veronica X is an updated version of the Dreamcast version and has more scenes that involve Wesker. So, naturally Code Veronica X is the "better version" although the graphics could improve. There is a Gamecube version of Code Veronica X but I'm pretty sure that nothing has changed.
