The "Red Eye" tool is located in the toolbar in the same slot as the "Spot Healing Brush" tool. It can be reached via the hot-key "J". By using "Shift-J" you can flip through the tools in this slot until you reach the "Red Eye" tool.

I usually According to the adobe photoshop cs3's introduction to use it. I bought it form inetworksoftware.com with cheap price, when i don't know how to use the software, i usually ask them to tell me.
pretty much the only time you will ever see the phrase "Photoshop CS3 Extended" is when you start up photoshop and the little blue box will come up that says its loading all the components. other than that, you will never really see it. so double check. if you are still having problems, go back to adobe.com/downloads and re-download the trial and install it after you have uninstalled the other one. this should make it work and if not, contact adobe help.
