By running a ground wire-(jumper) across the terminals on the fan motor relay. Find the terminals that connect to the relay's switch, and short them out like the relay would do. Doing this will burn the electric fan motor out very quickly. Your best bet is to replace the relay and possibly the coolant temperature sensor. The sensor is about $16 and the relay about $14 and the fan motor about $38-$50 at Autozone.

If the power feed goes directly to a fixture, or if you are wishing to switch a receptacle that is not now switched, you can us a 14-2 NM cable to install a "switch loop", provided the circuit is no larger than 15 amps. To do this, after running the 14-2 NM cable, connect the WHITE conductor of the 14-2 to the hot wire. At the switch, connect the black and white conductors to the switch terminals. At the fixture or receptacle, the black wire of the 14-2 NM cable now becomes your switch leg and is connected to the black conductor of the fixture or brass terminal of the receptacle. The NEC (for the United States) requires that the switch be fed with the white wire and the black wire be used as your switch leg.
I am not exactly familiar with the Lite, but I have a Model 70 Super Shadow in 22-250. The twist rate is 1:12". I would make an assumption to the similar. It would most likely be 1:12 or 1:14. According to the 2006 Winchester Catalog, the twist rate of Model 70 Coyote Lite or Coyote or most of their 22-250's for that matter is 1 in 14.
