Pull the hood release
There is a hood release on the left side under the dash near the park brake that is in a small pocket recessed into the kick panel. After popping the hood there are two buttons, one on each side, near the top of the grill that need to be pushed toward each other this will finish releasing the hood, be careful though, the hood is spring loaded.
