It uses the same resovoir as the windshield.
There is none. The reservoir feeds both the windshield and rear window washer via separate pumps.
The fuse for the window washer on a 2001 Toyota Highlander can be found in the underneath the driver side dash. It is a 20 amp fuse labeled as WIPER.
It is attached to the bottom of the washer reservoir. I found that the easiest way to access this was to remove the plastic wheel well.
