Check the daytime running lights module. This has failed with other manufactures resulting in lights that stay on, or are very dim while the vehicle is running.

in the fuse box under the hood on the right side near the battery
DRL = Daytime Running Lights, which is essentially your high beam bulbs manipulated to be dimmer.
The blower motor resistor is located under the passenger side glove box by the foot rest, easily accessible with a standard ratchet.
Daytime Running Lamps are automatic if you have the car turned on, in gear, the parking brake off and the ambient light is bright enough to not trigger the automatic switch. If however the car is on, it's in gear, the parking brake is off and the ambient light is bright and the day time running lamps are still off then you may need to just turn your headlights off. If that doesn't fix it, you may have a bad resistor, a burnt out light, a burnt out fuse or bad wiring. The first three are easy to fix. The last is not.
The main fuse panel is located under the the hood on the drivers side. remove the cap and refer to the owners manual.I had a problem with mine and found a break in the wire.It wasn't the relay.

The fuel pump relay on a 2002 Saturn I200 is located in the engine compartment near the driver's side. It sends power to the pump and turns it off when the vehicle is not running.
the oil pressure switch is located on the back of the engine block closest to the alternator. it has a single Tan wire running to it, and a Grey connector.
