Assuming you have a manual Eaton-Fuller transmission, you'll lift up the boot on the floor which the shift column goes through, and it'll be directly below, sticking out of the side of the transmission... you can remove it with... I wanna say a 7/8 wrench, but it might be 15/16... haven't had to do one of those in a while. It's connected to the wiring with a weatherpack terminal... disconnect it, and set up jumper wire from one post to the other... the supply wire will always be hot when the key is in the on position, so if the reverse lamps don't come on when you bypass the switch and jump the two terminals, then your problem is elsewhere in the circuit.
