the second one is on seven island, you go down into ruin valley and to the bottom center to dotted hole, use cut outside the door, and fall through the holes until you get to a room where there is a dude and on a pedstool, the sapphire. grab the sapphire, beat the dude, and fly back to Cyrus to give it to him. took me a while too.
