The ship isn't moored (the proper naval term) or tied up anywhere.

The USS Mount McKinley (AGC-7/LCC-7) was a WW2 Amphibious Command ship. She was noted for her ability to withstand multiple kamikaze attacks, and was mothballed for some time after the war. She was struck from the Naval Register in 1976 and sold for scrap in 1979. There is no record of any other previously named or currently commissioned Naval warship, supply or merchant vessel named the Mount McKinley. A link can be found below.
