The short runner valve is the square item sticking out of the end of the intake manifold. The code refers to either a failed actuator/position sensor or a wiring problem from the pcm to sensor.

I would think not. The codes are unrelated. P0122 is Throttle Position Sensor. P2011 is Intake Manifold Runner Control Circuit.
