On the fuse pannel that's almost under the steeringwheel... just pop the pannel off and there they r. the one for the turn signal is I believe its the square box, it just pulls off... the long like, round and gray one is the headlight relay.
Check the signal relays and fuses under the hood. Because of the battery is not sufficient to light up the signal light.

More than likely you have a burnt out bulb at the front signal light, rear signal light, or brake light on the right side.
The DRL Module is located on the Drivers side Front. Behind the signal light, in front of the wheel, inside the inner fender. It can be accessed from below, or by removing the panel in the left wheel well.
On the drivers side under the hood right behind the battery. there are 2 relays directly against the inside of the fender. The fan realy is the one closer to the windsheild,it has a solid light green wire going into it.

They have separate circuits with separate fuses and separate flasher relays depending on what year the truck is.
Your switch on your sterring wheel colum is bad. Replace.
You likely have a frayed wire to the stop light.
Assuming the signal lights still work, no. But a bad brake light switch or a blown brake light fuse could.
