∙ 14y agoIf you are refering to the turn signal flasher, you have to remove the driver side lower dash panel. It is not hard to do, the flasher is located on the back of the fuse box. I have not tried to get to it without removing the panel, but it may be possible. There is also a retainign clip on the flasher that you have to remove to get the flasher out.

No. there is no relay for the turn signals.

The 2004 Chevrolet Express signal flasher relay switch can be found beneath the drivers side dashboard. The signal flasher relay switch will be near the brake pedal.

On a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado in regards to a relay for the torque converter. After very intense research I cannot find anything that says it has a relay. I have never heard of any vehicle having a torque converter relay.
The turn signal flasher relay switch is located beneath the dashboard, on the drivers side. The relay switch simply plugs in.
If the turn signal bulbs work but just do not flash, replace the Flasher Relay.
