How do I replace turn signal on a 1992 Chevrolet caprice classic I want to learn how to do it myself
If the lights come on but do not flash replace the flasher relay.
Replace the turn signal flasher. I think on that model it is under the dash on or near the column.
The turn signals on a 91 caprice do not work, the emergency flashers do.

Probably turn signal flasher is bad
In most cases you will need to replace the turn signal switch on the steering wheel for your 1983 Chevy Caprice Classic rather than fixing it. To replace it, remove the horn pad and then use a steering wheel puller and compressor to remove the steering column. You will then remove the signal along with the wiring harness and bus fuses. Replace the signal and wiring and then replace the steering column itself.
typically, most turn signal arms are screwed into the steering columnturn counter clockwise to unscrew
Turn signal switch in steering column bad or more likely... the relay is shot. The relay is under the dash on the left.
Most likely, one of the right side turn signal bulbs is burned out.
Pull turn signal lever?
Remove the wiring harness from the back of your 1991 Chevy Corsica turn signal. Remove the turn signal retaining bolts. The entire turn signal will come out. Reverse the process to install the new turn signal.
turn signal relay fuse
that turn signal housing is separate from the headlight. all you have to do is find that one screw that is attaching the housing, and it's located close to the finder. then just wiggle it free.
