*NEW* Actually it is right of the area that looks like the Fairegrounds on Cyclops Lane. The ACTUAL location is somewhat hard to pinpoint though. But it is definitely on the right side of the Fairegrounds-looking area!

firecat alley(members) behind the statue to the right of globetheater cyclops lane(members) once you see the bridge take a right and follow the wall(bridge of park) colossus blvd.(members) at the end of the street to the left behind a statue commons in fairgrounds(mini games) behind a tree(entering and going straight triton avenue going over the first bridge and taking a left you will find him golem court go around the tower and continue to go straight ravenwood next to the myth school and a bench nearby shopping district go in front of the wand shop or oppisite(cant remember) there will be a gap in the walls and houses go in there and keep going until you find him unicorn waynear the hedge maze once the houses end take a left you will see him

you have to get a quest from someone and the quest will tell you to go to the haunted cave or the dark cave and penny dreadful will be standing next to the tree and when you talk to her she will give you a pet cyclops
