It is possible that your Sienna does not have a spare. Mine was equipped with roll flat tires (RFT) which eliminate the need (in Toyota's mind) for a spare. Saves them a few cubic feet which they can then tout in advertising.
i have a 2004 totoya sienna and the spare is under the passinger rear slider door the carpet has a little flap right behind the passinger seat when u open the little flap or carpet there a nut that u turn and the spare will start too come down underneath
how do I remove the spare tire from a2007 toyota sienna
In Sienna 2006, spare tire is below the 2nd right seat.
under the car in the rear
The spare tire release bolt is located in the rear cargo area of the 1998 Toyota Sienna. Look for a small "U" shaped piece of loose carpet on the floor of the cargo area. The bolt should be turned counterclockwise to release the spare tire.
It is located underneath the vehicle in front of the right rear tire.
If you have the Limited (aka XLE Limited) trim level then it was factory equipped with run-flat tires and there is no spare tire.
There is a big bolt right in the middle of the passenger side middle row. There is a flap on the carpet floor. open it and you will be able to see it. This is also where you will find the release in the 2005 Toyota Sienna.
Under mid-pass-side of van. Cable crank lowers tire.
If it's all-wheel drive the tires are run-flats. No spare. If it's front-wheel drive the spare is under the passenger side 2nd row.

it's on the middle right side of the Van and it's on under neath. Also remove your floor mat and you will see the access nut to lower it.
