I just answered this for the 91 PA. as follows:
I have a 92 PA, so it is probably the same. It is on the passenger side of the motor. You can follow the big battery cable down to it. I had mine replaced at the garage, because I couldn't see how to get all the bolts out or if special tools were required. The Ultra required a different starter and more expensive than the standard model. The cheaper unit had to be returned, probably because it didn't fit . So be careful if you buy one. I think the one I bought was about $200 new (not rebuilt) .
its under the exhaust manifold on the front of the engine if your gonna take it off move the right side cooling fan it will make more room for you

You have to drop the gas tank to replace the fuel pump. The pump and sending unit is mounted within the tank.

Bottom of your engine compartment, front side. Make sure you disconnect the battery befor you try working on it, or around it.
The same place on any motor, the crankshaft is in the bottom of the engine. It is what the bottom large pulley is attached to and runs back to the transmission.
