On my 86 reliant there was 2 screews on the crome light cover in front and 2 on the side of the crome cover that had to be taking out then you have to unscreew the light.

If its anyhing like the one i just bought 86 plymouth reliant/chrysler K car the fan relay is on the drivers side under the hood there are 2 silver topped boxes mounted just above the battery the one on the right looks at the motor from the front of the car is the fan relay not sure what the other one is
