In fact any turbo can be used on any turboed car. It will just have to be custom fitted. The real issue here is that the 94 Z is twin turbo while the 87 Z is single turbo.
Good question. The caliper will bolt up, but you'll need to get the 300zx rotor redrilled from 5 bolt to 4 (half the holes line up) and you'll need new lines. Don't forget the pads, pins, and retainment clips.

The ac relay on the 94 Acura is located under the hood. It is in the relay box mounted near the battery.
Low or bad battery. Bad connections on battery posts. No connection through the ignition switch to the starter relay. Relay defective. Cables loose. Starter bad. A simple voltmeter is very helpful on these repair problems.
