A 96 GC has the TCM as an integral part of the PCM for both 6 and V8 models. On some earlier 6 cylinder Grand Cherokees, the TCM is separate and is bolted to the firewall; nuts to remove are next to the brake booster, under the hood, tho the TCM on these is inside the vehicle.

Liberty is the name of a vehicle built by Chrysler Corporation's Jeep division. It is unlikely that Subaru used the same name for one of their vehicles. It is also highly unlikely that a radiator from a Subaru will fit in a Jeep.
