When this happened to me on my seven year old 2.2 DCi laguna I had to hae taken in to the Renault dealers. It turned out to be the a problem with both the cam sensor and the fuel injection sensor. Both had to be replaced at a cost 0f £300 in all. It did cure it though! May also be TDC / crank sensor. Worth removing it and giving it a clean.
its the tyre pressure sensor
before the cat , at the manifold
probably needs the TDC Sensor cleaning.
could be a starter problem. i replaced mine (1996 RT) a few times. its just the way the car is built. Most likely cause is a dirty TDC sensor, clean it.
The coolant temperature sensor in a Renault Megane Scenic is located on the right hand side of the engine as you are looking at it. It is located just above the TDC sensor.
Renault Laguna was created in 1993.
To replace the TDC (Top Dead Center) sensor on a Renault Megane, first disconnect the battery to ensure safety. Locate the TDC sensor, typically found near the crankshaft pulley or on the engine block. Remove any necessary components for access, then disconnect the electrical connector and unscrew the sensor. Install the new sensor by reversing the steps, ensuring it's properly secured, and reconnect the battery.
