The 2003 Saturn L200 does not have a camshaft position sensor.
Your Saturn Twin cam engine actually has two temp sensors on it. They are both located on the right side of the cylinder head ( right side as if you are looking at the motor) mounted just under the valve cover line. They are small 2 wire pinch type connectors and are simple to replace. The one closest to the water inlet is the sensor that controls your gauge on the dashboard. the 2nd sensor just behind that controls the computer and your engine fans.
