The fourth piece is in the sneevil box fort mission go all the way to the top where there's a room where you need a password and a secret knock, when you go in there, there will be three sneevil and in that room will be the fourth quad piece

Just start off in front of Robina. Then just keep going right until you see it. Dont go up or down, just go right.
