Once you remove the entire timing cover and valve covers, you will find the timing chain tensioners. When you remove them, you will be able to remove the chains. There are three chains, and a special tool to hold all in time is helpfull when reinstalling.
Remove the oil pan and then remove the timing chain cover. Remove the timing chain and tensioners. There will be four bolts to unscrew. After removing these bolts you can remove the oil pump. Replace it with your new oil pump and repeat the steps backwards.
