In the infirmary, take the hose from the reel at the right and go up toward the hub of the circular lab. When you reach the middle, go slightly right and come back down, and you will be in the maintenance area. Use the hose to flush the locator device from the vent, then exit to the left.
You do not have enough hose to go around the outside. If you run out, you can wind it up and try again.
