It does have one. The dipstick is located on the backside of the engine on the passenger side. It can be kind of difficult to find at first unless you have been instructed as to where it is located.
Drop the transmission oil pan
Remove transmission oil pan if no drain plug
pull out the transmission dip stick like your going to check the fluid level and just above the full mark on the dip stick it should be written on the dip stick!
The most common reason for a transmission not to shift properly is low transmission fluid. Make sure the transmission fluid is up to the full mark.
Pull the transmission dip stick out , and make sure oil is showing on it . You need to take it for a drive and get the tranny fluid warmed up and then with the engine running and tranny in park , check the fluid on the dip stick . If the fluid is showing on the right mark on the dip stick you are good .
Use a funnel and on the passenger side in the back of the engine is a yellow dipstick that you will have to pull out and add transmission fluid through where you pulled the dipstick out.

Mercon V (5). Be sure to drain the torque convertor or have a fluid exchange performed to avoid leaving more old than new in the transmission when finished.
They have the 4R70W transmission.
The maintenance manual recommends 2.8L when changing the fluid. You should drain your transmission and then fill with fluid up to the low mark. The car should then be started and warmed to operating temperature. Shut car off and then check fluid level again. Fill to top mark of fluid level stick.
Passenger side at the back of the engine, I think it's a yellow colored dipstick.
Internal problem with the transmission. Take the car to a professional ASAP. Do not keep driving the car or you may do permanent damage.
