Driver's side fender
The TCM (transmission control module) is part of the PCM (powertrain control module) and is located in front of the left front tire. Remove the fender liner to access.
The body control module is under the dash on the driver side.

The speed sensor is located in the back of the transmission, in between the axels.
A 2005 doesn't have a central timer module. The wipers are controlled by the cluster and the front control module. 1994-2002 did have a centrel timer that did control wipers.

It is located inside the tranny itself. Most failures result from transmission fluid contamination of the module. They can be rebuilt by several companies (1 week) so a new one is not required. Changing requires breaking open the transmission. I would not go to the dealer on this as they may recommend a new tranny. Not necessary
