Transmission Fluid is stored in a pan underneath the transmission the dipstick is usually located near the back of the engine and generally says trans fluid on it in older models (80's-earlier) it is suggested not to change or remove the fluid as it has substances that are worn so to say as to adjust to the transmission newer fluids however do not have this and if changed could cause damage and/or complete failure of the transmission
There isn't a reservoir. Fluid goes directly into the transmission housing.
Store under the drain pan of the transmission.
Replace the front seal which is located by the spline.
