On all auto trannies I have seen the pump is on the front of the trans, just after the torque converter.
The pump and most of the sensors are inside the transmission
All automatic transmission have a fluid pump. The pump is usually mounted on the front of the transmission, and turns with the engine.
Automatic transmission does have a pump and filter. A manual does not.
remove the transmission and torque converter. Remove the bolts from the pump (front of transmission case) and remove the pump.
If too much transmission fluid is added, or there is something wrong with the pump
Inside the transmission
It is located at the front of the transmission, on the pump. You can see it on the pump were the torq converter goes into the transmission. The trans has to be pulled out of the car to do the repair.
You have to get under the car and pump it in. The hole is located where the driveshaft meets the transmission on the end of the transmission just take out the screw and use a pump
Replace your transmission pump or get a new transmission.
Inside the transmission. It is what connects to the torque converter.
