If you mean out of a house then you can't but if you go to the gym or in a cub condo then your bear will be out of your backpack.

1. go to the entrance click on the hole in the tree and it will bring you to the tree house. 2. go to the coffee shop and click on the cat picture and it brings you to the top secret coffee shop. 3.go to the town square and click on the trampoline and it will take you to the top of the buildabearville outflitters.

How do you quit buildabearville You can't quit buildabearville. Though you can give your buildabearville account to your friends or something or you can never go on it again and remove all your friends on buildabearville (This answer may be wrong in a couple of years).
How do you get the treehouse in buildabearville?
A while back, there was a quest on buildabearville from GreenTracks and when you completed it you got the Treehouse Seed. You could plant this and care for it like a normal plant and when the tree grew it would have a treehouse in it. Unfortunately, this quest is no longer able to be played and the only way you can get a treehouse seed is by trading, but they are extremely rare. I've only ever seen one treehouse in the whole time I've been playing in buildabearville and I've been a member for three years... Sorry! Anyway, hope this helped!
