First,you are not supposed to get cut from the ship captain on the S.S Anne. Your'e supposed to Go to Fuchsia city and go into the Safari Zone and get surf/HM. Then go back to the Vermillion Port teach one of your Pokemon surf and stop halfway on the little dock thingy. you surf of the right side until you reach an island. There is a truck on the island use a Golem with the move strength to move the truck under the truck is Mew.

Answersome people think its in the safari zone but its not so you run away from a snorlax for nothing others think its under the truck and others hack and use cheats me personaly i dont know were it is.
