AnswerYou should probably realize that the Mew under the truck is just a rumour and that there is no way to move the truck as much as there is a way to move walls. That rumour has been around for years. A lot of people said you needed to use Strength, others said you needed to complete something. If you really do want to catch a Mew though, I suggest you try an internet search on it. If you find one along the lines of battling trainers near Cerulean City and then teleporting, try that one - it works…but only if you have Pokemon Red, Blue or yellow. Answersome people think its in the safari zone but its not so you run away from a snorlax for nothing others think its under the truck and others hack and use cheats me personaly i dont know were it is.

There used to be a rumour that if you could move that truck, a Mew would appear - but this is not true. The truck cannot move, it does not reveal a Mew and it has little significance other that the fact it is out of place in a dock. ...That is only partialy true. Normally the truck cannot be moved. However...If you were some sort of mega hacker (and/or have alot of knowledge in the game design feild) you could reprogram the game to make the truck move. Knowing this, you could also program the game to make a Mew appear when you ove the truck.
