It's on the dash to the right of the steering column. Almost directly below where the ignition key goes. It looks like a button you can insert a key into.
I believe that one is located in the glove compartment. If not check on the floor next to the drivers seat.

It is behind a removable panel on the B pillar / latch pillar
I was looking at the 2000 Lincoln LS Owner Guide and it states that it is on the INSTRUMENT PANEL , next to the fuel filler door release button ( unfortunately the drawing of the button doesn't show exactly where it is )
Enter keyless entry code on key pad located on driver's side door . Next , hit the 1-2 button (that's one button on the keyless entry pad ) . Then hit lock or unlock button on your remote & it's a done deal ! Good luck
In your center counsole, open it up and there is a black rectangle slide, slide that back and there it is, push the eject button and out pops your 6 disc CD changer.

The fuel pump off switch is normally located the trunk on the right quarter panel behind the trunk cover. the should be a button the allows you to set and reset the fuel pump.
