If I remember right the turn signal flasher is under the dash above the ashtray. Only way to get to it is reaching it from the passenger side after you remove any covers that are there (there might not be any). Reach over the ashtray and feel for the flasher. It is held in place with a clip. Pull it from the clip and bring it down.
