If you believe your flasher relay is out, do yourself a favor first and try a seemingly simple fix... rapidly turn the hazard lights on and off a few times. It appears that something in the switch can get stuck in the unit and this may returns the turn signals and hazards to flashing. After researching and nearly spending a lot time to take the dash apart, I saw this remedy on a post and thought it was worth a try. IT WORKED! I could not believe it, but it did. Good luck!
