90% of the time, a silver round flask located under the driver side dashboard panel, on some it looks like a regular black square relay, its actually called a flasher.
90 percent is the compressor relay that cause it.
i guess you're probably talking about a TJ... there isn't a fuse.. only a relay.. but it's probably just your multifunction switch (turn signal lever) they're about $80 at the dealership.. $90 at advanced auto...
Most 90's era vehicle had the turn signal flashed located at/in the fuse box - under the dash on the drivers side...
