The evaporation cannister selonoid just behind the oil filler, the vacuum hose assembly can crack, get hard and expand and and lose vacuum integrity. It is a $30 dollar part at the GM dealer. This vacuum hose assembly has 3 ports and is a direct fit. I replaced mine this morning as I was getting the P0455 code and the loose gas cap message on the DIC.
