The engine computer is the regulator.
I have just finished fixing the voltage regulator on a dodge Dakota pickup. The voltage regulator is located on the center of the firewall behind the engine, it is near the coil pack that hooks up to the distributor, its a silver box, kinda square held on with two screws, you can pickup a new regulator for like $15 if you get the generic one, piston ring in Canada was the cheapest but napa had a cheap one too
Mine did that. Check voltage regulator. There is a small diode shorted inside. Replace regulator, about $26 from Napa.
left front fender
On the 1989 GMC K1500 1/2-ton pickup with 4-wheel drive and the 5.7 liter 8-cylinder engine, the voltage regulator is mounted in the alternator housing. You'll find it under the hood on the driver's side, in the front engine area.
There is none on Chrysler vehicles.
It should say on the bottle type one and two. use one.
If it is while you are braking, the rotors or druma are warped.
Half Ton
1/2 ton
35 Gallon Tank is standard...I have the same setup.
The Dodge Dart was considered an intermediate size vehicle. A half ton or three quarter ton vehicle would refer to pick-up trucks.
