The fuse for the windscreen washers on a Citoen Xsara Picasso is located in the engine. It is inside the compartment box.
Most likely, it isn't a fuse. Windshield/windscreen washers and wipers typically use a relay, rather than a fuse.
I think it is No.9 as this is the one for the wipers also
Towards the windscreen end of the fusebox under a plastic cover within the fuse box
the fuse box is under the bonnet on the nearside corner below the windscreen
the fuses are in the boot on the left side
The fuse for the front windscreen wipers is located right under the steering wheel, where your feet go, you will prob have to lay on the floor of car to see them and read which one to replace. u will have to take the fuse box cover off and on the inside of the cover will have a diagram of what your fuses are for and where they are. windscreen wipers have a lil symbol of a windscreen and is number 6, the capacity fuse is 20A.
when looking at the fuse box in the engine compartment the fuse is the last but one on your right in the row nearest you . It is a red 10 amp mini fuse. It can be tricky to get at!!

It's in the fuse box in the engine compartment , small red number 14 10 amps. Hope this helps had the same problem myself recently.
This is fuse number 8 in the fuse box and is a 10Amp Mini Spade type fuse.Very strangely:-This fuse manages the windscreen washers ANDthe rear door lock of the Astra Estate
There isn't one. The fuse layout diagram you'll have will say electronic next to the windscreen washer pump.Any faults will generally be blockage in the lines (you'd hear a noise), a faulty pump or an electrical issue (potentially a dodgy contact in the stalk arm.
