It is located in the washer fluid reservoir at the bottom. You can locate it from underneath the front Passenger side just in front of the wheel well. If you are having a problem with it, it would be wise to first jiggle around the wires or even ensure you have a proper ground. There may be lots of rust preventing the pump from working.
Point of note: If you haven't done it already, don't fill up the reservoir if the pump has to be replaced. I didn't have to replace mine so I'm not sure if you have to remove any clips or fasteners inside ....or if has to be all done from outside.

The 2002 Ford Focus windshield washer tank is held in place by four retaining bolts. Remove the retaining bolts and the windshield washer hose. Reverse the process to install the new windshield washer tank.

The windshield washer pump is located on the firewall in the engine compartment. Remove the windshield washer pump hose. Remove the wiring harness. Remove the windshield washer pump retaining screws. Reverse the process to install the new windshield washer pump.

The pump for the rear window is on the side of the reservoir and the pump for the windshield is on the front of the reservoir
It is mounted on the windshield washer tank. It is smaller than you might think...about the size of a half roll of quarters.
The windshield washer pump on a 2002 Camry might have quit working because of a hole in a vacuum line. Also, inspect the washer fluid tank for leaks and check the pump and pump fuse.
