They are located behind the left (drivers side) headlight assembly under a plastic flap which is held in place by two screws. There is a set of four side by side and a set of two in front of the four. The wiper relays are the left hand two of the set of four when you are facing towards the front of the car ie the outside two of the four. The outer one is on/off and the inner one is fast/slow.
