If the motor is the same the wiring harness should fit. Only thing I would check is the sending units. As long as both vehicles have gauges or both have warning lights all should be fine.
To install a radio you need a wiring harness for a 1994 Dodge (a Metra 80-1817 from Circuit City is what I used), and an installation kit (make sure it fits a 1994 Dodge Spirit). You'll probably need to splice the wires from the wiring harness to the stereo harness unless you can get find the right kind of connection somewhere.
Have you looked under the vehicle? I'd be surprised if the wiring harness wasn't already there and taped up under the vehicle. Barring that, most business that sell and install trailer hitches will also install trailer wiring harnesses. If you're a DIY, go to the local auto parts store and ask. They probably have the wiring harness you need all setup to plug into the manufacturer's wiring harness.
