If you are referring to the Turn Signal Flasher Relay it is located behind the center of instrument panel, which is not easy to find. Look closely as it is there.
Usually part of the switch (module)
change the flasher
replace your hazard flasher. I have the same problem
The flasher unit on a 2000 Corvette is built into the emergency flasher unit in the console.
it sounds like a bad flasher which is directly behind the switch/button that is used to turn four ways on

Where is the radiator cap located on a 2000 Oldsmobile Alero?
Yes, there is a recall for turn signal flashers on this model. The flasher is incorporated into the hazard flasher switch on this vehicle, they have a defective solder joint that causes, first intermittent, then complete failure of the turn signals. My Alero is a 2000, which is the year covered by the recall, but the vin didn't fall within the parameters of the recall. I just called GM, they gave me an over-ride code for the dealer, and I got it fixed, no problem!
the hazardlight switch is where the blinkers flash, take the vent out under the hazards switch then reach up in there behind the haz. switch
The cast of The Flasher from Grindelwald - 2000 includes: Martin Guggisberg as The Flasher
